Bircher Musli



Today I am sharing with you the best recipe for bircher muesli. Now I love a good wholesome breakfast to start my day and this muesli always hits the spot.
Oats, apples, sultanas and honey topped with a bit of Greek yogurt, walnuts and strawberries what could be better!! Anything goes with this little breky. If your not a fan of sultanas you don't have to put them in and peaches and almonds also can be substituted for toppings. 

This recipe lasts in the fridge for about a week, but takes a lot shorter time to eat 


Recipe:


2 cups of oats

1/4 cup sultanas
1/4 cup coconut
2 grated apples (granny smiths recommended)
1/2 cup natural greek yoghurt
1 desert spoon of honey
1 1/2 cups of preservative free orange juice

Soak oats sultanas shredded coconut juice and honey overnight in a sealed container and add yoghurt and grated apples in morning


serve with some extra yoghurt, seasonal fruit and nuts
